Over the past week we have been upgrading and installing new IT systems. These systems will vastly improve the way that we are able to communicate with you, our clients.
We have upgraded our servers to the latest Microsoft technology. This includes installation of a new and much improved exchange technology for the delivery and sending of email. While this upgrade has been undertaken, we have had a number of emails returned with the message "undelivered" or similar.
This issue is now resolved and we are receiving your emails. If you believe that you have sent us an email in the past day or two and are concerned that we have not received it as yet, please resend.
